The ROBOSVAP Assistant Robots take over routine tasks in companies’ finance departments.
SVAP2025 was created by Software Imagination & Vision (SIMAVI), the Romanian IT company that also contributed to the digitization of the European Commission. It is a solution that supports cloud architecture and can quickly manage and integrate all of a company’s financial activities, suppliers, supply chain, operations, customers, and employees. Due to the complexity and the number of features available in ERP software, it has traditionally been adopted by large corporations. However, recent years have proven that an ERP system is also useful for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Two years ago, SIMAVI introduced the ROBOSVAP module into the SVAP2025 ERP system, featuring an emerging technology called Assistant Robots.
The Assistant Robots achieve a time saving of 94% by automating supplier operations and 90% by automating bank statements. This does not mean that finance department employees are no longer needed! No robot can replace creativity, ideas, and human resources. The robots take over routine, repetitive tasks, which are often prone to human error, thus freeing up valuable resources. People can focus on more complex, higher-level activities that require decision-making and problem-solving.
The ROBOSVAP digitalization component, which includes the Assistant Robots package, has the following features:
- Developed on the UiPath platform;
- Performs data extraction and processing from invoices, bank statements, timesheets, forms, requests, field travel notices, etc.;
- Automatically enters the extracted data into the ERP system interface.
